The Minnesota Timberwolves are riding a four-game win streak as they prepare for their second straight game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday at 6:30 p.m. CT. While both teams had key players appear on the injury report earlier in the day, it looks like all three players will take the court.

Without any further ado, let's dive into a full injury report for both sides.

2/1 Timberwolves vs. Grizzlies injury report

  • Anthony Edwards (Back) - AVAILABLE
  • Julius Randle (Thumb) - AVAILABLE
  • Terrence Shannon Jr. (Foot) - OUT

Both Timberwolves stars have an uncertain status ahead of Monday's game. Edwards injured his back during Saturday's game against Memphis. While Edwards played throughout the injury after the game, he admitted it was bothering him. Regardless, Ant-Man was cleared to play shortly before tip-off.

Likewise, after originally being listed as questionable, Chris Finch confirmed that Julius Randle is good to go. Notably, Randle has yet to miss a game this season.

Outside of Edwards and Randle, Terrence Shannon Jr. remains out with a foot injury. The second-year wing hasn't played since Christmas Day, and it's unclear when he'll return. The Grizzlies might not be viewed as a crucial regular seasongame -- but every win counts, especially in the Western Conference, and Minnesota being at full strength will be a key advantage.

2/1 Grizzlies vs. Timberwolves injury report

  • Jaren Jackson Jr. (Quad) - PROBABLE
  • Ja Morant (Elbow) - OUT
  • Santi Aldama (Knee) - OUT
  • Brandon Clarke (Calf) - OUT
  • Zach Edey (Ankle) - OUT
  • John Konchar (Neck) - OUT
  • Scotty Pippen Jr. (Toe) - OUT

As has been commonplace for the Grizzlies in recent years, their injury report is lengthy. Thankfully for them, Jaren Jackson Jr.'s quad injury hasn't been a long-term ailment. JJJ only missed Saturday's game, and he seems primed to return tonight.

Jackson's presence as a primary defender on Randle and a go-to scoring option will be vital for the Grizzlies.

Ja Morant has been dealing with an elbow injury since January 21, and he won't return until at least next weekend. While the Grizzlies were looking to shop Morant ahead of the trade deadline, his injury history makes a trade unlikely.

Zach Edey's absence has also been notable; he hasn't played since early December, and he won't be active until mid-February at the earliest. Scotty Pippen Jr. has been out the whole season, but he should be nearing a return soon.
