No. 1: Jiggly Boy returns to honor Kevin Garnett

John Sweeney returns as “Jiggly Boy” in honor of Kevin Garnett’s triumphant arrival home. As previously mentioned, KG returning to the Twolves was one of the few Timberwolves highlights in recent history.

Garnett is one of most beloved players to wear a jersey for any professional team in Minnesota. He had the gift for gab and the ability to motivate and inspire players and fans.

During the 2003-04 season, John Sweeney first bared his chest in adoration of KG, who had plenty of accomplishments worthy of a human trophy billboard.

Kevin Garnett is the Minnesota Timberwolves career leader in games and minutes played, twos taken and made, free throws, rebounds (offensive and defensive), assists, steals blocks and points scored. He’s brought many smiles to Timberwolves, Celtics and Nets fans during his NBA career and endless reasons for fans to jiggle.

Jiggly Boy returned to the Target Center to début a new performance that included supporting actor rolls by his nine and eleven-year-old sons.

Timberwolves fans will be waiting patiently for the game when KG returns and fans can honor our beloved Wolf with an appropriate celebration. We can expect Jiggly Boy will strike back when Garnett’s jersey is hung in the rafters. Jiggly Boy’s grandchildren may end up playing supporting roles if it doesn’t occur sooner rather than later.
