Timberwolves mock draft 2024

So who can the Timberwolves target in the 2024 NBA Draft? Well, that’s quite a ways into the future. Assuming that the Minnesota Timberwolves land on or around the 20th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, we can make some projections based on some existing NBA Big Boards.  The second-round pick that conveys will likely be that of the Memphis Grizzlies, and that should fall on or about pick 50.

So who might the Timberwolves choose in the 2024 NBA Draft? Would you believe Bronny James? That’s right, currently projected to fall at the end of Round 1 in the 2024 NBA Draft, Bronny James Jr. brings everything to the table that the Minnesota Timberwolves are looking for at the point guard position.

Will he be there when the Minnesota Timberwolves pick? If he is not, then there will be a domino effect of highly regarded prospects who fall to the Timberwolves instead. At 18 years of age, Bronny James Jr. is still growing at 6-foot-3. But he can play either PG or SG, and that is likely where his skills and experience land him.

If he’s there, the Timberwolves have a perfect setup for him. If he’s not? Well, a point guard will likely fall to that range of the draft. But what of the Minnesota Timberwolves’ second-round pick?
