A new caveat was introduced at the 2023 All-Star Game: it was the first time where rosters for the game were selected on the day of the event. The two All-Star captains, LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo, picked their desired teammates directly before the game.

Team Giannis took down Team LeBron, 184-175 in the All-Star Game. As we look ahead to the 2023-24 season, where will the next version of the event be held?

Which Minnesota Timberwolves players are likely to be in Indianapolis for the All-Star Game in 2024?

After making his All-Star debut in 2023, many would expect Anthony Edwards to make his second consecutive appearance at the All-Star Game in 2024. The fourth-year guard continues looking like one of the most talented young players in the NBA.

Karl-Anthony Towns should also be expected to return to the All-Star Game in 2024. After an injury plagued season in 2022-23, Towns will have a good chance to give the Minnesota Timberwolves two players in next year’s All-Star Game.
