The Minnesota Timberwolves will return to action Friday evening against the New York Knicks. Set to tip off with the third-seeded team in the Eastern Conference at 6:30 PM CT, the Wolves will be going up against their former star's new squad.

Ever since Karl-Anthony Towns became a Knick, New York has become an even more dangerous threat in the playoff picture. Their record currently sits at 27-15. Minnesota will have a tall task in trying to win at Madison Square Garden on Friday.

This will be the second meeting between these two squads this season, with the first one being a resounding Knicks victory at Target Center back on December 19. In that game, Towns had 32 points and 20 rebounds to bury his former team. Will he be suiting up against Minnesota once again on Friday?
